PROGRAMS & SCHEDULE
TINY TIGERS FAMILY (2 – 4 YEARS OLD)
Give your child a strong and confident jump-start on life! This interactive program is designed for our youngest members to experience their first athletic steps with support of a parent, family member or caregiver. Tiny Tigers will enjoy participating in energized classes that are full of fun, games and excitement while developing their character at an early age. They will enhance motor skills, build confidence and integrate the basic skills and discipline of Taekwondo.
LITTLE NINJAS (4 – 7 YEARS OLD)
The Little Ninjas classes are geared towards learning the proper form, technique and execution of Taekwondo while emphasizing important life skills such as: courtesy, respect, discipline and having a positive attitude. Those life skills are not only essential for character development but also facilitate a seamless transition into Kindergarten and Elementary School. All classes are taught in an encouraging, fun filled, motivational, positive and well disciplined environment and consist of exciting and hi-energy drills that are carefully designed through a curriculum that is adapted to your child’s individual pace and readiness.
JUNIOR DRAGONS (7 – 15 YEARS OLD)
This program focuses on various aspects of Taekwondo such as: self-defense, poomse/patterns, sparring, technique, and much more. Students will improve their confidence, motivation, discipline and focus while taking part of a fun, competitive and dynamic curriculum that concentrates on the development of character and fitness levels (strength, stamina, and cardiovascular). Students will learn how to overcome peer pressure, bullying, take personal responsibility, build a positive attitude and respect both themselves and others in a highly energetic environment!
BLACK BELT (RED BELT AND HIGHER): The Black Belt program is designed for advanced students (red belt and higher) to continually challenge themselves by taking their skills to the next level, and moving on to even more advanced Taekwondo. Through this class students will see improved self defense techniques, flexibility, strength and physical fitness.
TEEN & ADULTS TAEKWONDO (14+ YEARS OLD)
Our Teen & Adult Taekwondo comprehensive fitness program includes: athletic conditioning, self defense techniques, poomse/patterns, sparring, and much more. Through this class you will quickly notice an improved cardio, strength, flexibility, and muscle toning as a result of performing a variety of martial arts and fitness exercises. Classes are structured in a way where both beginner and advanced students continually learn and develop their mind, body, and spirit through a unique martial arts experience. Keep in mind: it’s never too late to discover the benefits of Taekwondo!
ALL BELT FAMILY (5+ & FAMILY MEMBERS)
The All Belt Family Class is designed to be a fun session for parents and children to explore Taekwondo together. Such experiences bring family members closer by participating in a dynamic martial arts environment. Brace up for a lot of fun!
SPARRING SAMURAIS (ALL BELT OPEN RECREATIONAL CLASS)
The Sparring Samurais fun recreational open program provides all students with an opportunity to introduce themselves to sparring and enjoy the fighting atmosphere in preparation for upcoming development tournaments.
HIGH PERFORMANCE SPARRING (INVITE ONLY)
The High Performance Sparring competitive program focuses on Olympic style Taekwondo sparring and is designed to challenge students with the highest level of cardiovascular and muscle endurance. This program is constructed to develop high performance athletes and competitors with elite skills, technique, fitness levels, self-control, self-discipline, and dedication. Depending on their level and success, students will have an opportunity to compete at tournaments and travel to various destinations both within Canada and internationally.
KICK FIT (ALL LEVLES)
The Kick Fit class is a cardio program focused on kicking drills and various techniques.
